Meet Jessica

Hi, I'm Jessica — a Washington DC and Northern Virginia newborn photographer.

My love for newborns goes back as long as I can remember, but my love for children truly began in the classroom as a Montessori teacher. There, I learned to slow down and notice the beauty in the smallest moments.

When my daughter was born 12 years ago, photography became my way of preserving every fleeting detail of her life. I wanted to capture the little moments so they could be remembered forever.

Today, I’m inspired by love, connection, and light, creating timeless images that feel effortless, natural, and deeply meaningful.

I live in Northern Virginia in the same community where I grew up with my husband, our two children, and our Australian Labradoodle, Neptune. As a family, we love skiing, spending time with friends, going to local high school football games, listening to live music, camping, and traveling.

As a mother myself, I know how quickly time passes. My children are now 9 and 12, and it feels like I was just holding them in my arms yesterday. My goal is to create images that you will look back on for a lifetime.

From the moment you book, I guide you through every step of the process. I provide styling guidance so your images feel cohesive, timeless, and elevated without appearing overly styled. I also offer clear preparation guidance so you feel confident and relaxed leading up to your session.

To further elevate the experience, I share a curated list of trusted hair and makeup artists that I love recommending to clients. My goal is for every family to feel cared for, calm, and beautifully themselves throughout their newborn, maternity, or family photography experience.

I serve families throughout Northern Virginia and Washington DC, including Leesburg, McLean, Reston, Great Falls, Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, Ashburn, and surrounding areas. It would be my honor to create something beautiful for your family.
